Andrew Rieger has been guiding his warbly neo-psychedelic band Elf Power, one of the groups in the much-respected Elephant 6 collective, since the mid-90s. He also co-owns Orange Twin Records of Athens, Georgia, with EP band-mate Laura Carter.
