Podcast: Dr. Randall Hansen on Heal!

Wholeistic Practices to Help Clear Your Trauma, Heal Yourself, and Live Your Best Life

Dr. Randall Hansen is an advocate, educator, mentor, ethicist, and thought-leader… helping the world heal from past trauma. Having been on a successful wellness journey that turned into a healing journey, all Dr. Hansen wants is to help other people find TRUE healing – not simply symptom management – because true healing opens us up to finally understanding who we are and what we are meant to do/be.

He is the author of the groundbreaking Triumph Over Trauma: Psychedelic Medicines are Helping People Heal Their Trauma, Change Their Lives, and Grow Their Spirituality and the well-received HEAL! Wholeistic Practices to Help Clear Your Trauma, Heal Yourself, and Live Your Best Life.

Dr. Hansen’s focus and advocacy center around true healing … healing that results in being able to live an authentic life filled with peace, joy, and love.

If you struggle with depression, anxiety, addiction, or control issues (such as OCD or eating disorders), you likely have uncleared trauma that needs to be released and integrated.

You may not even be aware of the trauma that lurks deep inside you. We are often quite good at thinking we have overcome, pushed down, or erased all the bad memories and emotions from trauma… but often all that emotional baggage is just waiting to emerge… or erupt.

It’s time for a true healing journey. It’s time to quit medications that do nothing more than manage symptoms. It’s time to find the healing modality or modalities that work best for you.

When you’re ready to start healing, I have two projects that will pave your way to authentic healing and living your best life.

HEAL! Wholeistic Practices to Help Clear Your Trauma, Heal Yourself, and Live Your Best Life takes healing to the next level, bringing together for the first time, true healing modalities that will transform your life, putting you on both a healing and wellness journey. You’ll learn about the six major healing modalities, review healing journey stories, and find inside tips for how to find the best healers and coaches.

I’m not here to sell you anything but the importance of finding true healing because I have witnessed the beautiful transformations of many. Technically, I am selling my books, but I also publish much of the content for free on my EmpoweringAdvice.com website and on LinkedIn.
